How This All Began
I was lightly dabbling in home brewing kombucha back in 2014 for my own interest. It wasn’t anything serious at the time and the effort I was putting into it was minimal. I eventually gave it up, handing over my SCOBY to my neighbour to carry on. We ended up moving to another town and I forgot about brewing at home, buying bottles from the local grocery stores for years. One day on Facebook I saw an offer I couldn’t resist. Another neighbour had been brewing at home for a while and had a large, well established SCOBY for FREE! I jumped on the opportunity and my passion for home brewing took off once again. I focused a lot more energy into this endeavor and was giving away bottles to friends and family to enjoy. The feedback I received regularly was positive and inspiring. So here I stand now attempting to build my company from scratch, doing everything possible myself. One day soon I hope this can take off and inspire others to become healthier and happier, one bottle at a time!
